By accessing or using our website, located at www.salesagents.ae, engaging our recruitment services, or utilizing any platform or tool we provide, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”), all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge your responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or accessing our site.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials and information on SalesAgents.ae for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to:
• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use materials for commercial purposes or public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SalesAgents.ae;
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations;

This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions and may be terminated by Guildhall at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, and users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

8. Payment Policy

• Visa and MasterCard (AED currency) accepted.
• Services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Minors (under 18 years) cannot register or transact.
• Cardholders should retain transaction records and merchant policies.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

Refund Policy

SalesAgents.ae provides recruitment-related subscription services. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
• Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before subscription activation or renewal date.
• If SalesAgents.ae cancels or fails to deliver the service.
No refunds are granted after subscription activation or for partial use of subscription periods.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel subscriptions at least 24 hours before the activation or renewal date by contacting us. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 45 days to the original payment method.

No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours of activation or renewal dates.
